HISTORY

      ACG Resident Builders Sdn. Bhd. or formerly known as OCTA Bright Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 26th March 1991. On the early establishment, it was operated to be a civil and sub telecommunication contractor with Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Time Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and Kembang Maju Sdn. Bhd. It had tackled a few projects with the above mentioned companies and successfully completed all the awarded project before the economic recession during 1997-1998.

      It was not granted any projects until then and the PKK license was left unnoticed. A new director Anuar Haji Safian took over the share and assets from the past directors of Octa Bright Sdn. Bhd. at the end of 1999.

      Anuar Haji Safian, was managed to renew the PKK license on 31st January 2000. This company has been given a new breath by injecting sufficient capital and bringing in assets such as Lorries, Excavator, Backhoe Loader and Shovels.

     The new Managing Director has also brought in new management staffs and Associate Directors on line with the expansion plan in order to implement the awarded project given by non-government bodies lately.

      Since the new Managing Director would like to standardize the name of the group overall structure, OCTA Bright Sdn. Bhd. was merely changed its name to ACG Resident Builders Sdn. Bhd. on 15th February 2012.
